McBuffalo suddenly remembered during a visit by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong that he and his African counterparts had agreed to send a delegation to the feuding eastern European countries to end the Ukraine war.

Lee explained that his country was more principled than McBuffalo’s — they had actually condemned Vladimir Putin for his aggression in Ukraine. “We remain friends with Russia but we cannot approve of what is being done,” Lee said.
